We will exchange any item with which you are not happy within 14 days after receiving your order, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact and unworn. We cannot exchange items where tickets or tags have been removed.
Also note that items presented in a branded box must be returned unmarked in their original, undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. If the items are returned without their box or in a damaged box they may not be accepted.
You can return any part of any order within 14 days of receipt of your goods for an exchange.
How To Return An Item
Email our customer service at email@example.com with your order number and reasons for returning your purchase. Please note that your email must be sent within 14 working days of receiving the item.
Our customer care team will issue you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Wrap the item securely and then post the order to the address we have provided to you. We strongly recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery (courier or registered post) and keep proof of postage. Returns are sent at your expense.
